Can’t play anything but exhibition mode

Hey guys,

Let me start off by saying I have already checked for updates, restarted my router, Xbox, and removed the game and re-installed it again. I see no signs of issues and I can play every other game I own just fine. It says I’m connected to the servers but it’s not giving me a code when I click on link account…

When I play road to the show I can play everything with no problems, until I get to the plate and I can’t swing or do anything. If I try to play online rated I can choose a team but it won’t let me choose a stadium to play in. If I play battle royale on diamond dynasty, it’ll successfully find an opponent for me but it won’t let me select my starting pitcher. Won’t let me scroll through my options or anything.

Any ideas of what’s going on?
