Correct, but with how that was set up we still don't know if there are henchman or not, let alone if they are all future stars. No matter where Adley is in the program, he would be first on the mission list. Of course if he was the boss for Baltimore that means no henchman at all based on that video

Adley is not a legend though so it wouldn't make sense, look at all the other reveals so far. All of them except for Price have retired. Besides even if Adley is the FS player it does not mean he won't have moments to complete my guess is all the FS cards will much like TA1.

What of the did a special 99 overall card for Trey I know it would be a stretch but a 99 prime Trey just for what he's come back from I'll take that

Eww. The player program makes me never want to use him ever again.
I have always hit well with his cards and I was one that did not have problems with his player program, There are Players I can not hit with that take me forever to do the moments or program.
