How to reconnect to MLB Show online.

Good morning, I have been disconnected from the show online for about 48 hours now. I was in the middle of completing a conquest and out of no where I was disconnected from the server and haven’t been able to access the games online modes ever since. I have tested connection multiple times and I am connected. I am able to play online on all my other games except the show. How can I fix this?
