Yeah, but there is only about 3 ways they can release him at this point. Since he was a 94 last year he will either be the base round of a specialty pack, Run it back, or the first reward in some event

I didn't include that due to his 89 being a henchman n TA2, but he does make sense as an inning program henchman maybe next inning
