SDS!! Help. ESL tourney disaster

I have a guy claiming he won a game that he didn't, and I have all the screenshots and pictures for ya. It's a flawed system that if he reports first, I'm not able to send any screenshots of the game. Match results ended up saying final, that he won. I sent support tickets from my PlayStation link they sent me and via the website. No response.
You should require screenshots from the guy at least...

I really just want to know if I have to sit at my PS4 all night and babysit this.. or can I go watch some football? Gotta love sore losers.

I've contacted everyone I can contact at this point that's why I'm finally posting here. Thank you though. I do apologize for people having to read this.

It sent me straight to support from the events tab when I disputed the result. I sent a ticket. Then went to my phone, saw no ticket put in, so I sent it from my phone with pictures. Still no response and then later the match was finalized. So I've sent a response, but looks like I'm going to be getting screwed on this one.

Sorry to bump this, but if I'm seeing things correctly, I don't have to play a single game today? Just say I won all 4 before my opponent reports the result and I'm 4-0?

Did you register for today? Last tournament you had to register for each day of games, if I remember correctly.

Yeah. I think you're missing the point here but yes I'm all registered and ready to steal some wins.

I changed the title accordingly. They ended up responding. And ended up screwing me. What a wonderful first tournament experience. I send support tickets and follow directions given to me on my PS4 and some childish idiot (proof of this is in my messages) gets rewarded a W. Sorry for ranting here, but this is extremely unfair. the entire operating system and procedures are not user friendly and very flawed. GGs. And I know I'm not the only one dealing with this.

Your beef is with ESL, trust me on this, I was screwed in the last tournament but SDS isn't at fault it's ESL.

It was from the website. And my PS4. But I get what you're saying in the other post, it sucks. Initially I thought they were cooperating in this, that's why I made the post.

I've had two guys try to sneak extra diamonds in their bullpen and in the lineup. This is my first one, not sure if I'd do it again either. You're right, it's been a huge headache so far.
