Live Series Collection - any point in completing Free Agents?

Will I lose the ability to do exchanges if I turn all these guys in for the collection?

I finished the live series collection like a month ago, but I'm such an obsessive completionist that I still buy up all the new ones that get added. I just can't stand seeing empty inventory spaces lol.
