I use to love Madden but I have no desire to play it anymore. -
Madden is like a 3-4 month game for me compared to MLB which is usually a 7-8 month game.

They give 2k away for free ever year like right after Christmas. At least the last few years they have

I can’t keep up with the ultimate team grind anymore. And with the training points and all the evolutions it’s too much. Plus the fake currency and real money currency just kind of upsets me.

I just read it will be on Game pass within 60 days. Maybe wait to try it then for free if you have an Xbox

I’ll play my career in 2k. I enjoy it. I play a game or two. Turn it off. Can’t play for longer than an hour. Madden has been a game I’ve bought every year. And there’s just no joy in the game. I play in a competitive franchise that is just bragging rights amongst 5-6 friends. It got to the point last year where that wasn’t even fun. We’d spend more time ragging on the games glitches and unreal animations.
This is the first year ever I’m not going to purchase Madden.
