Why isn't there a PCI "unlock"?

As someone who is physically disabled, as which my hands shake, why can't you turn off the auto center option on the PCI? If someone has thrown 15 high and in fastballs in a row, I should be looking there but due to game mechanics I have to fight the game to swing where I know the ball is being pitched.

I would just use Analog Stride dude..its baseball so getting set and timing your swing should be the main emphasis not aiming like you're trying to shoot a duck.
