Ranked season shows 40 wins, but no reward

Was this 40 wins in this current season or over the entire game cycle so far? Because the second picture just makes it seem you are 40-32 lifetime, unless you didn't get any wins in any previous season.

wasn't there an issue where some RS games were not being counted if you were playing Xbox players? Was that ever fixed? Anyways you have to win 40 games in 1 season. Seasons start over every 30 days or so. For example on Tuesday a new season starts and you will need to win 40 more games to collect those rewards.

I just started playing this season, and had not played prior. At least that I can recall.
I did play quite a few games vs Xbox players, so that could be it.
I do think if that first screenshot is your record lifetime, they should state that. Otherwise, users could think that is just for this month.
With that being said, their are still mismatches in their GP data and win loses. Since those numbers don’t add up.

When I look at standings it shows I’ve played 11 less games. Also, my wins and losses do not add up to the amount of games I’ve played.
Games - 61
Wins - 32
Loses - 26
Total from win/loses - 58Not sure how these numbers can be different, is there a way for SDS to remedy this? I ask because this ends tomorrow and I don’t want to miss out on these rewards.photo of my screens

For real I got the same bug in 1st inning but got the reward at 43 win .....

Pretty sure it was a server error. I had this one season where I had 40 wins but reward only showed at 39. Got one more win and it registered. I think somewhere along the line you had some wins not register with the server. You need to move to one of the magic places that never has lag or servers issues.

Hmmm seems like they need to have a more robust way to count their games.
With that being said, if that number represents lifetime, it should be stated. Since when you first start playing games it doesn’t get confusing.
Simple quality of life issues devs and QA should’ve caught.

Update, the second screen that shows 40 wins, was reset today. So, I do not believe that is lifetime record. I’ll know more after I play my first game of the season

Well I was wrong, it is lifetime. Just interesting that when a bee season happens it’s blank.
Starting to believe there is an underlying bug happening here.
