The difference tho is there are plenty of people I think are a-holes but I don't think any of them deserve to die. That has nothing to do with why I got thr vaccine. Me I personally know a very young healthy person who passed away from Covid and also know people who have had to say goodbye to loved ones over zoom. I'm not gonna force anyone to get the vaccine or shame anyone about it but I am gonna make it clear that with me and my wife trying to have a baby noone without the vaccine or has been in contact with someone with covid isn't coming over any time soon. If people want me to respect their decision to not get vaccinated they have to respect my decision to not be around them. -

I lost a very close family friend to covid. Very healthy guy, great shape and he got covid and it destroyed him. I feel awful for all the families that have had to deal with that loss.

We had to make a video that the nurse played to my wife’s stepmother as they were taking her off the ventilator since we weren’t allowed in. And while my mother didn’t have Covid, we had to say goodbye to her with one person using the speaker on the phone because people weren’t allowed in due to Covid restrictions.

Tell y'all what. Since I'm a high risk taking mofo..pretty good odds I get that bug. I'm going to make sure when I land on a respirator taking my last breaths someone takes a picture..I'm going to use the last bit of strength I got to flip the bird..
Have one of my buddies make sure to post it on here with my obit and and let all you haters of the people that believe differently than you, get a laugh and share a moment of solidarity and say "See, that smart-azz jackass got what was coming to him". Because, ya know what, that's where most of you are. The level of humanity you really got.
You don't care about everyone dying..you care about you dying.
The hypocrisy is visceral in everything you say. And, why we have a huge divide in this here country.

No, that's how you think, and you assume that everyone thinks the same as you do.
We would NEVER want anyone to die needlessly, and even though we are very low risk for severe illness, we got the vaccination to protect those who are at high risk. I can very easily get covid and have such a low reaction that I assume it's allergies or a mild cold. I can then expose several hundred kids to covid. Those kids would then go home to their parents and grandparents who ARE high risk, and some of them could die, all because I didn't take 3 minutes of my day to get a vaccine.
I'm sorry you think the way you do, but please don't assume we all think like you bud, most of us care about our fellow citizens.

While you are correct in this instance, I'm not doing a happy dance. Arguing against a potato isn't exactly a difficult task.
This dude spent all day running and thinking about me.....he spent all day trying to come up with a valid argument, this is how he spent his Saturday. AND, he openly admitted to this on a public forum. My dude....
