Post patch
pitching...hitting...fielding... awful...
All the game needed before was to tighten pitching And fielding. Now it’s just a cluster. Hitting is back to the god awful ‘19 line outs and weak base hits..
I guess coronavirus got to the game already. So sad

Good good/okay seems like it’s resulting in more hits than good squared.
I’m still Seeing the same problem with random location of pitches with perfect user input.
Base running is not working right. I will spam the L1 button to advance on a wild pitch but my runners won’t run till it’s too late and I’m picked off.
Also the Homerun banner still sticks on the scoreboard. Even after the supposed patch

Just pause the game to get rid of the homerun banner. As for base running it’s like they are stuck in mud on a past ball.

You referring to me? I'm not white knighting at all, it's just one dude asking if something changed because it felt better to him, and this other guy jump on him with remarks as "offline player" and "using directional". It's just unnecessary.

Honestly gameplay just felt way different than from days before. I’ve been playing both offline and online in events. Also been using analog pitching, zone hitting & button accuracy. I’m just curious as to why it felt like a different game. I think I played somewhere around 10 event games and maybe 2 offline games .

Lol dude I swear I think the same thing when I see some players posts, but nah I like to actually play the game and not let the ai play for me.

I am not playing online anymore unless it's fixed. I keep telling myself that and keep going back for some reason. Not again. The buttfuckery is unfun for me.

I played an event game that lasted 8 innings neither 1 of us could hit and the fastballs we're moving quick and the breaking balls were definitely slow my pci was just a touch below or a tad to high..I don't know how the good players do it but kudos to you...BTW I walked it off with a 2 run tank by Eugenio Suárez
