I am stuck right now and have no idea on who to choose at the level 1 XP reward. Honestly don't have any good players currently but I am working towards getting FOTF Gallo and Torres so that's that. Also, I have my created player at third. I have Gallo and Bryce harper in the corners and Gold Gleyber at 2nd with Machado at third. I see that stats-wise Sandberg would probably be best but I heard from many people that his swing isn't good and he doesn't play up to his stats. Please help
I took Reggie. The speed is the most surprising part as he appears faster than a 71, and the swing is smooth too. He also has a decent arm.

There probably won’t be a better overall catcher this year than that 99 Posey.
I really like posey and he was going to be my main choice but... with my history with catchers in MLB the show is that they cant hit no matter what stats they have. Maybe it's just me but I don't want to risk it. I'm already a level 10 silver and haven't opened it yet because I want to see if anyone chooses posey and has success with him.
Im using the 87 gary sanchez right now and his stats are way misleading he absolutely mashes

Has he made any errors because I'm worried about his fielding? I have heard that he smashes though.

Reggie Jackson hits just as good as Mantle or Trout.
-
I just finished FOTF Correa and Im at level 84.(Shouldve went Matt Olsen before Correa but oh well). Im going Larkin tho and moving Correa to 2nd. Or Mondesi at 2nd.
-
Nearly there myself and its between Ryno & Minnie.

There is already one named Craig Biggio.

He bobbled a ground ball thru the infield but kept it in front, then the no lock on thing glitches a ball by him for a double, but the next play he threw the runner out ragging up

Does that Correa have a 3B secondary?

Yep 2B, 3B, and I’ve heard he can work a video room.

Lol imagine they gave all the Astros a quirk called “A/V guy”

I’m going with Minnie because of my Sox bias, but Larkin looks like a great choice. I remember really hurting for middle infielders last year until about June, so getting a solid shortstop in March is a huge advantage.
-
I went with Ryne Sandberg
-
I think I’m taking Reggie. I really like my infield (FotFs Olson, Torres, Correa, Moncada, LS Grandal). They’ve all played well in RS at HOF difficulty. I could replace granderson with Reggie.
-
I'm tempted to take Posey but I decided to get FotF Molina to hold down catcher for a while, and I'm gonna grab Reggie. Larkin is intriguing also, but my yankee bias says Reggie.
-
Larkin is incredible. I’ve used him for a couple games now. Hits both righty’s and lefty’s. Runs well and plays as good a shortstop as anyone else. I fully expect him to still be my shortstop in September.
-
Minnie minoso is the best card clearly between hitting fielding and speed
-
So glad reading these responses. Reggie is an animal. How have you guys fared pitching to him?
He’s been nothing short of unreal for me so far. I picked him just based on how hard it was for me to pitch to him prior to me getting there.
Straight beast

Yeah, but I also have FOTF Devers at 3rd
