Any SDS please respond why your help desk is unresponsive to multiple tickets from multiple users on how to recover the username for The Show account. It is separate from XBL/PSN. What is the point of crossplay and saving to the cloud, if you cannot recover a username for the main Show account. Any other service we use, if it includes a password reset functionality typically also includes a username recovery option to the main email.

It is beyond surprising not to have that feature and well past disappointing to have crickets, and bots manning the help desk with no follow up.

Ill fix your ads for you, Crossplay (but don't ever forget your credentials or its LostPlay)

I hope I don't sound like a [censored], but the baseball season is half way over. SDS has probably already peaked, and starting to drop in profit from new game sales, so their attention will be on the release of the show 22. If they haven't gotten to it by now, they have no plans to do so. I know it stinks, but it's how it is going to play out.

My guess is unless something happens that has an across the board effect on all game play they won't be checking tickets.

That's a really trash way to run a company if that's the case. They should save money and head count and just shut down the help desk. It's pretty much useless. I work in IT, it's really not that hard to keep up with tickets. Like you have a team that all they do is respond to tickets and escalate as necessary. This is what happens without competition. If another studio could come out with a comparable or better game and actually engage with the community, SDS can hit rocks.
