Create a player rating for DD

My Created player's rating seems to stay at 65 in DD regardless of what perks or archetype I've chosen in RTTS. Can you only have one load out? Thanks for any help guys

You can have multiple loadouts but they will never be anything but 65 overall on the card. No idea why that it's like that but you have things attached to it like equipment and perks that move it up to 99 usually. The cap is so messed up this year
