Just wanting to know when the recently drafted rookies will be available on rosters.

Official rosters? I don't think until they sign with the MLBPA which could be next year or in a few years. But you can download custom rosters which already have them.

Weren't they in the last update? Remember there even being a splashpage in the game about them. I'm 98% sure this was the case.

Unless they are added to the 40-man then they won’t be added. That’s pretty rare but not unheard of — Garrett Crochet went straight from the draft to the big leagues last year. But I wouldn’t expect Leiter or Lawler or Davis or any of the big splashy names to be in MLBTS21.
