Blue Screens

This has been happening to me a lot lately but never in such a bad spot. I'm 7-0 in br going into my next game and as soon as the lineup screen hits I blue screen where it says "An error has occurred in the following application: MLB The Show 21". I won't get mad at a blue screen maybe once a month but I'm getting like 2-3 a week. Is there anything I can do to fix this or does it happen pretty much at random?

Maybe uninstall and reinstall the game?

Does it give you an error code?

That's your system. Is it a ps4? Sounds like corrupted files or something.

Me too

I just got a PS5 and had F1 2021 and WD:Legion make my whole system shut off.
Then it happened here to my surprise. Maybe it's just the system.

I notice that when I put my PS4 into rest mode instead of turning it off completely I get the blue error screen when I play the next day

This has been happening to me more and more. It used to only happen when I'd leave DD and go to my custom league games. When I'd restart I could go to leagues no problem. Now I've had it happen in DD and exhibition mode a few times and when our league hit playoffs I couldn't even access leagues. It would crash every single time. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game, cleaned my cache and cleaned my system database and it's still happening. This is the only game or app it happens with too, nothing else.
