Been ranting for a week how bad online lag was. I literally couldn’t even react to a pitch. It was miserable. Frames would skip as the batter swung or the pitch came in. Well… turns out my TV was not on a game mode. Let that be a lesson to you kids. It’s night and day different now. Immediately went deep twice in the first inning turning that on.

Nice apology. One huge thing..TV mode doesn't account for most of the "mysteries" in this game. Lag doesn't either. Once in awhile it would be nice to get this post.
THE SHOW OWES THEIR CUSTOMERS AN APOLOGY - we've been negligent and somewhat deceitful with our product at times. Sometimes we don't know when to turn off the smoke and mirrors and manipulation. But, when we finally do..it will be the best most immersive game you've ever played.

Thanks man. I want nothing more than to praise the game. Offline it’s a solid game and there’s fun to be had. Online is hideous and I can’t pretend it’s not.

I feel the exact opposite. Offline is like washing the dishes while hungover. Online is fun and competitive but yes there are some issues.

Yep you need the online experience to feel justified in the grind for your team. I agree. Unfortunately online play is extremely poor on a generous day.
