Because that's what SDS sets them at.

Is it similar to how some people like slow pitch softball vs real baseball?

Really want to go after the BR rewards, but I don’t feel like hitting 25 mph fastballs with a tennis racket.

What a pompous fool! Another, "look at me, I have a WS icon and if you do not play on Legend, you must be a horrible player and a horrible person and same goes to those who play offline! Git gud like me, fools!" -type post!

The majority of the player base that probably generates the most revenue plays on/enjoys all star.

Not everyone finds HOF or Legend an enjoyable experience so it’s not surprising why people flock to BR and events that are on all star...kind of a pointless post.

Yes BR plays terribly at times but that’s a whole other topic.

Pretty annoying because I’d like to earn the BR rewards, but I don’t feel like hitting 40 mph fastballs with a tennis racket.

now its 40, i thought it was 25? lol

They just need to make one difficulty for everything regardless of if it is slow pitch softball or baseball.

Then don't play.... very simple fix.

Needs to be the same difficulty for everything so everything is uniform. Doesn’t matter how many rank points you get we should all be playing the same game. Statistics mean nothing because you don’t know what game mode or difficulty someone has been playing.

should be all HOF speed across the board and just smaller/bigger PCI size based on difficulty and would hope for QOL moving forward this is something they implement

Either way player statistics don't mean anything? Who cares about other players stats? Having a variety of difficulties available online is best for their business and clearly is preferred by the responses you're getting. This seems like a weird flex followed by flawed logic.

There's a reason most things are on all star.

For some of us, it's more fun. You're great at the game, congrats, but you're not the only type of player that likes to play.

I’m not really trying to insult anyone…not really that good either. I just don’t like playing easier versions of things.

Easy for you is not easy for about the other 95% of the player base.

Now he's the MLB the Show Nazi master! "Everyone must play the game the same way! There is no other way than my way or else they will be cancelled and censored! If you disagree with me, then you are a loser just like those who play on All Star level!"

I play on Legend holding the controller behind my back and blindfolded with my pinky up. Otherwise, the whole game feels like slow-pitch beachball.

Right? But how are players going to get into the MLBTS HOF if they dont accurately keep track of stats? It makes voting difficult for the committee. LOL.

Because that’s what they are set at. Rather it be on HOF, oh well.
