CPU Not Running w/ 2 Outs
-
Anytime the batter makes contact with 2 outs, all base runners need to run. No exceptions! They do not react to where the ball is hit.
This has ruined multiple innings for me. This is a new bug. Hope they fix it. This is baseball fundamentals here.
Also, on 3-2 counts, runners on 1st need to be stealing.

Come on dude, this can't be a thing.

Exception for the first one: if a runner isn’t forced and a ground ball is hit to the infield in a way that he could get tagged out if he runs, he needs to hold.
The second one is up to the user to ensure he runs on the pitch (hold O and press L2 before the pitch). Be wary though if doing this online, if your opponent is a censored they may attempt a pick off.

Here’s the exception to the first one I was referring to: https://youtu.be/ZHzId0EIpAI
If the runner holds back on the base path there is a chance for the fielder to botch the throw to 1st on the last play of a 1-0 game.
