Now this is All-Star Hell of course since the season reset. But Can someone please chime in here and tell me Git Gud or defend the game to the end of times. Because that was literally the most frustrating games I have ever played.
This game is and has been for years screwed up by connections. You can't take this game competitively. Just play with different cards and not care if you win or lose. That's what I do.

Terrible argument. In games where pitchers strikeout more than 18 they are 20-3. In MLB the show it's probably about .500. Don't throw those silly rarities out there like it's a norm. Johnson's 19 k's and loss are very rare outliers.

Exactly right..only RNG would explain how much this game deviates from real life. In 23 games of the modern ERA when a pitcher has 18 or more k's they've won 20 of those.
I've had at least 3 myself this season where I've struck out 18 or more and lost. Probably won a couple. Would have to go back and track. But, everyone should just to exploit the glut of nonsense stats this game generates.

Why are you playing this game if you are so triggered and angry? You even think this game is a joke @KOTANK1334_PSN . This game makes you so unhappy but you are willing to keep playing it.

Thank you guys for introducing me to the “Label PCI Rating”. Looks like the rating is 1-15 and I guess after 15 is perfect.
I just lost a game 3-2 where he hit 2 perfects, two 12s, and an 11 up out of the zone to the wall for a triple; while I hit two perfects, two 15s, two 13s. Both teams all 97+ players.
All you can do is locate and time the hit the best you can… it seems as if the rest is out of our control lol

So you guys use zone and not any other interface? The guys I was playing against no matter where, what, or how hard I threw a ball where taking 99 DeGrom deep like every other batter...I am not that good against others but I just can't understand how some can go deep no matter what...thats why I hate playing online..

Well ya see I've been playing the game for a while now... and silly me... I was under the impression when they..SDS said that "Stick skills reign supreme" and " Input matters more than ever this year" I figured this type of [censored] wouldn't happen as often. But nah, they got me hook line and sinker just like all of us chumps who shelled out money AGAIN for the same canned game.

I want to but as a college player and coach it just frustrates me losing to morons that have no clue about ball. Stick skills definitely don’t matter. What matters is home, inside fastball and sinkers with outlier and lucky swings. You know you’re screwed when all your balls in play are outs and the other guy couldn’t hit their way out a wet paper bag and spam pitches that would get wrecked in the real…. Definitely not made for real baseball people. I sometimes laugh at it but I sometimes want to reach through the game and beat the dudes [censored] for knowing nothing about ball and being able to win
It's not your opponent's fault. They just want to win..same as you. No, the entire cause of the frustration is in the RNG/DDA code that allows these things to happen.
I never get mad at my opponent, I get mad at the developers. They are the responsible party.
Yeah so it’s their fault for taking advantage of dogshite mechanics and feedback. If they had honor they wouldn’t do it

You are definitely correct. I played major D1 college and professionally in the minors. Do you not think I am competitive? Of course I am. However, this game will drive you nuts if you let it. The connection and/or server issues in this game are ridiculous. You can either deal with them, adapt (which I have done) or quit. I can promise you people are not seeing my pitch speeds and going 100-10.
I am down in all star right now seeing warping pitches. Most games, the first 3 innings I am getting a gauge on pitch speeds and opponent tendencies. I usually don't hit much until then. If I am scoring in the first 3 innings the game usually doesn't last long even on HOF.
Lol. Same. I keep losing to guys that instrikout 15 times and I hit warning tracks for days. Normally I lose bc they get a lucky swing or they string out broken bat hits over and over like my last game. 3-1 bottom 9 and dude proceeds to hit 5 broken bat hits in a row to take the lead. Bottom 9 I hit 2 to the warning track and a perfect perfect right at YeH right fielder

Sounds liek a typical RS game. I see no issues here. Just on the wrong end of coding my man

How do you know if the PCI is a "14" or "12" etc as referenced above?

I think that is a stupid comment. The game isn't perfect, but, pretty [censored] good. Nothing better on xbox. And i prefer this over madden.

How do you know if the PCI is a "14" or "12" etc as referenced above?
You have to cycle through some of the input options to find it. Can't remember what it is off the top of my head
