Quick Menu no longer working after update - anyone else?

Noticed in Moments / Showdown that the quick menu - press up on d pad - is no longer working after the last update.
Anyone else experiencing this?
I have to pause the game, go into the manager menu, then do bullpen or substitutions.

It hasn't been working past week, also mound visits are broke. Probably a patch coming soon

I think it was just in Vs. CPU ? I thought I had noticed it worked online ?
Quick menu that is. Mound visits still are both i believe.
