Man I got banned, along with dozens of other players, for about a week. Never got a clear cut explanation for it, other than there was some obscure exploit. They found that we did nothing wrong and reinstated most if not all of us. But you'll be lucky to get any detailed explanation from them. This happened about (five?) Years ago.

I was banned for comparing server outages to the Holocaust.

Do you have multiple accounts? A few years ago I used to log into the game everyday for the daily rewards with all 10 accounts or so I had on my system at the time. Eventually my ip was getting banned and they said I was doing a ddos or whatever its called....for logging in. Lol
Tried working it out with sony but theu said it was handled by a private comoany that flags that. Wild stuff I tell ya.

No I only have 1 account I can get on and play online with no problem idk what even happened

When you get to log into the game can you see your stub total?
Does it give you a message stating that you are banned?
You mentioned that you can sign in at home. Where else are you trying to sign in that says you can't connect?
