First mound visit says must replace pitcher every time

Ever since the last update, if you make any mound visit and check the bullpen it says you have made multiple mound visits and must replace the pitcher. Really screws you over if all you want to do is warm someone up.

Do mound visit and bullpen from pause menu not quick menu. Seems to avoid the issue. Tested in Franchise mode.

Can you do a mound visit from the pause menu? I thought it was only from the quick menu.
But, yes, you can’t check the bullpen during a mound visit or it will make you change. This is a serious issue that needs a fix quickly. Not something that can wait a month for the next patch. You should get two mound visits an inning and the second one you need to replace the pitcher. Please fix this SDS.

Yeah there’s some work arounds, it’s just an embarrassingly bad bug to have to avoid

Yeah, bad bug… I usually use a mound visit to calm the pitcher down. He regains some taming after the 1st mound visit. It’s a bug, they’ll fix it soon hopefully

Made me have to restart a game in 8th inning that I should’ve won ..wat a joke along with the other 100 bugs in this game gota love the batter freezing in batters box too after a hit then infielder won’t throw ball and it is just stuck

I noticed this too. I was doing it only in conquest games and thought it was just that mode or three inning games in general. Good to know it’s happening in full 9 inning games too. Thanks for pointing that out. Hopefully they give that a quick fix update instead of waiting for the next big patch.

was fixed in today's update/patch
Looks like mound visits are unlimited now! Second mound visit doesn’t force a change of pitcher. Tested in Exhibition mode with starter.
Edit: works pretty good the way it is. You don’t benefit from the second mound visit and you can go back to the game.
