Best way to spend Stubs

Had a win on the horses, so thinking about buying a lot of Stubbs. Like 150k maybe. Probably less.
Fairly new to the game. What's the best way to spend them, generally speaking? Buying packs I guess? Which ones? I realise these are noobie questions, but I am fairly new to The Show.

1. bran flakes (or any other cereal)
2. rice
3. peanut butter (or peanuts will work too)
4. macaroni
5. noodles (if you can find them)
6. toilet paper

If your new to the SHOW..my biggest recommendation is to NOT BUY PACKS, that is unless you have a ton of money to burn

Don't buy packs, buy who you want.
Not only do you get the player you want, but if you decide you don't like him, you can sell him back and regain your stubs
If you pull nothing on packs, you won't have anything

If you want collections buy 1 50 pack and then maybe a player or two your want

I would keep building my stubs and work towards Trout (unless you already have him)

Honestly packs are a gamble, yes you might get somthing you like/want but if you strike out your left feeling bad that you just blew that many stubs. I speak from my past experiences. I'm a sucker for the headliner packs.
