Passing on Schwarbs

Don't know how Weiters doesn't get more love. Switch hitter with good hitting stats and the best D of any catcher. His blocking means I never have to worry about throwing waste pitches with 2 strikes to a Lofton or a Buxton. I'll put KS on the bench in case I'm down, Weiter's up, and it's a RHP.

Well, I’m hitting .630 with him right now through 46 at bats, it’s the moonshot event and while I expect him to come back down to reality soon he still hits the ball hard, has a nice swing and at Parallel 3 his blocking gets up to 70. Can’t ask for more for a Catcher

I dont doubt at all that he's a beast but Carlos Santana has been one of my best hitters so until he starts slumping I just can't bring myself to bench him -

70 blocking means you take your life in your hands on 55 foot changeups with 2 strikes. I NEVER have to worry about that with Weiters. Blocking is so underrated in RS.

I was playing on VETERAN, but he cranked 3 homers for me y-day after I had a miserable debut with him. One HR was a ND off a........lefty!

Schwarber is the best in the game! Hit over .600 in a 9 game on my WS run all on HOF and idk if I had one passed ball. He was fine behind the plate but that bat is something else!
