99 Collection Mo Rivera…

Does anyone else not have confidence in Mo closing out games for your squad? He’s been shaky for me blowing 3 saves in 16 games, 13.2 innings. I dunno, I have more confidence in Eckersley & Dibble at this point in the game cycle.
Thoughts..? Opinions..? -
Full confidence. He took Goose’s spot. Now Goose sets up for Mo

I don't have a ton of confidence. Josh Hader is by far my favorite reliever still and he's the one I bring in when I need outs.

In 20, I could light up Mo like nobodies business. I'm not playing online this year, so I have no clue.

For me the deliveries last year was spot on but this year everyone’s delivery is funky

It feels like he's dislocating his shoulder with every throw and it has me reaching for my arm at this point

He has been solid for me as well. 25 saves with one blown so far. he does get hit a little bit but he is an upgrade over goose who i still have close when Mariano is tired

Doing pretty well for me. 0 ERA, 0.31 WHIP in 23 innings with probably a 70/30 split between AS/HOF difficulty

Gossage and Fingers were two of my favorites last year

He's very good for me. I'd suggest using him in some offline games, conquest, etc. Get used to how pitches move and where they tend to end up. That will give you the confidence you need to use him online.

I think the same with Eckersley. They had his delivery down before, but it doesnt look like how he pitched anymore.

Glad I'm not the only one who's noticed the change (and not for the better) with Mo's delivery, and assorted others. Goose is different too.

I whooped him a few times personally.
Not a huge fan of his card... He's my 7th inning guy.
They should give him a 99+ sinker to make the card more viable. -
He’s done pretty good thus far for me but I usually hit him pretty good when I face him. Idk why it says his cutter is 99 break but that thing barely moves. I think that messed up on that.

He’s blown my last 2. One was because I couldn’t stop the bunt in extras… I hate the extra inning rule. The other was because I pitched poorly. My goal is to make it to the 700 level each season but right now I’m not sure it’s worth the aggravation. I had 2 games on HOF to get there had leads in both 3-1 in the bottom of the 9th and 3-2 in the 10th and blew both.

I’m hoping hader gets the TA3 card for the brewers. Would be my end game closer.
