Players being moved to Free Agency when they get hurt

Can anyone explain why guys that are gold and below get moved to the Free Agent part, but Mike Trout has yet to be moved anywhere?

Because he’s mike trout and would make it 400-500k cheaper to finish collections

Diamonds don't fall to free agency, Verlander, Yates, Anderson, and Sale are still on their teams. Trout will not fall to free agency.

This. That would be over $300 USD in stub sales lost per person.

Kind of wrong. They moved Vasquez to FA a few years ago before the removed h from the game. Of course, that was for different reasons other than injuries.

The kicker is that both Sale and Verlander haven't played in two years, yet they're still Diamonds.

Vazquez was for completely justified reasons, no one wanted to go near that card after what happened. Obviously I mean on normal circumstances it doesn't happen.

The other distinction is that Vazquez also went on the MLB restricted list. If Trout were to go on that list for some reason, then they would have to move him to FA.
