That sucks man….such a good game with such rage inducing non sense holding it back and alienating people. How hard would it be to help you especially since others have posted that they were helped….
I myself am 9-0 on my 10th BR game and am in a freeze off up 5-3. I’ve been playing this game online since 2015 and I’ve never had a freeze happen while I was losing. They should not release this game next year until they solve freezing. Too many scumbags out there that do it intentionally and have no integrity.
How hard would it be to solve freeze offs or have the server disconnect after a certain period of time and give the W to whoever is leading? How hard would it be to establish a competent customer service department?

Freezeoffs are a tough situation, and I agree it's way past due that it was fixed. I would note though that your solution there wouldn't work, because then freezers could just freeze the game when up by 1 (Let's say you had bases loaded nobody out and was coming back), knowing the server would give them the win since they were up by 1 at the time

The saddest part is that Collin was on here and says he reads pretty much everything but can't respond or do anything to help this out? What a joke this company is becoming. Maybe you could talk to the guy who had to shame SDS into doing something about intentional freeze offs when he posted that video.

The same thing happened to me bro, it’s so frustrating. My team affinity NL West pack vanished after a unhandled server exception so I couldn’t get Mike Yastrzemski. Submitted a ticket a month ago and nothing.
