I think i got banned and i am not sure why or how to contact MLB the show yo review it

The email that is given says that it is an outdated one when i try and email them

I served my ban and got banned again not really sure what to do from here. As I finished my two week ban logged back on a day after it ended and a brand new 365 day ban awaited me. Not sure why I’m banned for a year anyone know who I can contact

You'd have to contact SDS for the reason but the vast majority of the time it will fall under one of the following categories.
- Offensive team name, logo, or custom stadium element (does not matter if you created it or simply downloaded it)
- Transfer of stubs or some type of market exploit
- Harassment of other players in messages
- Using known exploits.
I have the funny feeling that the vast majority fall under that first option.
