That’s just the way it is now. Which, honestly I can respect because mothers do the majority of caring for the children in most families. Not saying that’s true for all, but definitely the majority.

Now that the original question is answered I can chime in. So my dog goes to the groomers. My wife took him to the groomers on Mother’s Day and when she picked him up they gave her a card with his paw print on it that said Happy Mother’s Day. She took him today and they gave him a rainbow colored bandana and took his picture and put it on a gay pride card. Not that I care but it does seem a bit sexist.
