Conquest Reward Glitch

I completed the Nation of Baseball (Albert Pujols) Challenge conquest map. After hours and hours of playing, I conquered all strongholds and territories but I didn’t get the final 10 pack/3500 stub reward. It says 386/386 but isn’t shown as completed. Submitted a ticket a while back but no response. Any advice or others in this situation?

Did you steal all the required fans?

Yup! All the goals say completed except the very last one that requires you to conquer all territories which says 386/386 but not completed

Check above the seattle stronghold. There is one hexagon that is extremely hard to see and easily missed
