Reporting cheaters needs fixed too

So I played a cheater that pulled the step off & throw home freeze glitch in the 9th inning yesterday…I decide to report him. First I went to game history & reported the game. It gives me a case id number & tells me to email The Show & provides an email address. I then fill out all the same information & include a clip of him doing it and send the email. I then get an email saying this email is no longer monitored and to please go on the Show’s website to report the player…So I then do that & fill out all the information yet again. I get an email from a Show representative saying they’re sorry I had to deal with this & they’re working on it but it’s best if I report the player on xbox itself lol…They provide a link & I go fill it out yet again. Meanwhile this clown is still playing & cheating on games. This was ALOT of work to report a scumbag.

Last time someone tried this, when he step off I started to steal, didn't glitch, and he disconnected. Don't know if he was mad that he couldn't glitch me or I just got lucky.

Wouldn't he just throw you out at home then?

that's fine, but it breaks the freeze off I think... also caught him off guard.. I don't care if he throws me out at home, better than a freeze off.

Wouldn't he just throw you out at home then?
In theory yes. But if you're already winning who cares? I think the bases need to be loaded for it to happen. If he wants to keep loading the bases he needs to keep hitting/walking and will eventually trigger a forfeit if he does it too often.
I'd recommend stealing with everyone the minute multiple IBBs are issued.

That’s customer service nowadays. It’s like companies that have never ending phone trees. They want you to give up before a human actually sees/hears your complaint.

Yep until a fix is rolled out or people actually start getting banned this is the solution. At least for the intentional walk/pickoff move to home exploit.

It needed to be done. SDS wouldn't have acknowledged the problem if that YouTube video and discussion never happened. Freeze glitches and freeze offs have been around for 5 years without a word from SDS. It's time that it needed to be brought to the spotlight

This, but sincerely. Seriously, the thing is broken, and your issue is with... the person who showed how? Not all the people who should care about fixing the break?

disagree needed to be done instead of swept under the rug, similar to their reply to R2 and contact hitting in a live stream. We have not heard anything since addressing those two areas.

It’s stupid how people cheat on this game. I swing perfectly every time and still miss the ball. It even show me swinging perfectly or I go to field a ball and it glitches but when I’m up and do hit the ball his player are running super fast. How and it doesn’t do any good to report because nothing every happens. Or you strike out on 3rd start and the catcher drop the ball and you start running and they magically able to tag you out. Tell me how that’s possible
