I am now a 42 affinity series KeBryan Hayes away from 99 Jackie Robinson and 99 Mariano Rivera. I accidentally selected two Jason Heywards and zero KeBryan Hayes as I am sure some of you remember from the forums lol.
I sent a ticket in a couple weeks ago and I still have had no contact from SDS. Devs if you see this please help -

I knowwww I really really want him and it sucks I am soooo close i Just need that one card and ive been waiting for them to help

I am STILL missing my 42 Max Muncy. I sent a ticket in early May and have heard nothing back.
I didn't even accidentally select a duplicate, he just vanished.

Stay patient there was a post on here with the same issue and SDS did respond and fixed the issue said it was close to 6 weeks for the ticket

Submitted ticket 04/30 for Trout that disappeared from my inventory, no response

I'm on week 5 of a lost $99 in stubs. Also got @hoboadam_PSN banned overnight for no reason.
While I normally have faith in SDS to do the right thing, my faith has vaporized in the last 2 hours. I'm beginning to question their intentions on serving the community as ignoring issues, tickets and a customer base is becoming the norm.

Even 6 weeks is much much too long. That is like a fifth of the whole game cycle we are just expected to wait for an easy fix. They dont care about us
