But I want to vent. These moments are terrible. I have to finish the last set of regular topps now moments to complete player of the month and Jesus H they all require you to pitch [censored] near an entire game. Pitching 7 innings isn't a "moment". having to accumulate stats over a period of 4 games is a series. And while I'm on a roll, stop making pitchers bat in AL games.
The pitching ones are the absolute worst. Pitching 7 innings of scoreless baseball and the cpu pulls a slider low and away for a homerun and now you gotta start over. Its mind-numbingly boring. I get they are easy but that doesn't justify the fact that you are forced to spend hours in complete boredom for a bunch of cards that won't make your lineup.

I hadn't completed either monthly program yet due to how much of a time sink these are. I ended up dropping 200K in stubs to buy all the cards, got 150K back when I sold the cards pack that I earned.
Well worth 50K to save time.

This weeks moments were extremely bad. 4 pitching moments that were basically entire games. I threw on classical pitching and sat there for an hour just hitting buttons watching playoff hockey. I hope they never do that again. Pitching moments are awful… make them 1-2 innings fine otherwise it’s just mind numbing and a waste of time.

In the future I think SDS needs to come up with a more enjoyable way of grinding for new cards. It's far too reliant on Moments right now, which as you said, are mind-numbingly boring. If it means more Conquest maps, or grinding for wins/stats against the CPU, I'm all for it. Basically, force us to play GAMES with our DD squad, not player lock.

Instead of moments...I'd much rather grind out games vs the computer in whatever format to accumulate stats vs said person's team or play another format where im using my own team instead of player locked moments. Give me less mind-numbing moments and more opportunities to use my squad/players.

Batting with the pitcher is annoying, try to pop up a bunt for the quick out.

I wish we could help each other - I breeze through the pitching ones and struggle with the hitting ones. I have no patience for them.

That’s what conquest is for!!! Omg if they get rid of moments they lose my business for sure!!!

Didn’t say they were hard. Simply too long and boring no one wants to sit there pitching 4 straight moments for 7innings or 13k’s

Just make more conquest maps. hey are still the best way to get random packs and level your cards and get TA advancement while you are at it.

I agree that they suck bad, but they're typically on Rookie. I breeze through them. I'll do a pitching moment, then one with hitting, and rinse & repeat. Gives it some variety at least. Plus, if you don't care, just do 1 a day so it doesn't seem so overboard on the amount of pitching. I usually just crank them out to be finished with them.

Although this year I haven’t had too many problems..... I do find it annoying when they ask for hrs or xbh.....and the pitches are so wild you can draw the walk every time....I don’t mind being patient at the plate.....but c’mon....this is beyond ‘working the count’.

Today's daily moment sucks too. Spend 30 minutes pulling pitches to the warning track until the cpu decides you've suffered long enough and starts throwing you pitches you can hit. [censored], any time you can go 3-4 with 6 rbis and fail a moment you know its garbage.

Moments are one thing, you actually get to participate and play the game.
The +1,000 territories I’ve had to simulate in conquest after conquering each stronghold is another. Hours of 25-1 dice rolls is not content. It nothing more than a time wasting mechanism they’ve got absolutely over the top with.
I doubt any person ever, in the MILLIONS of completed maps has lost after conquering each stronghold. They've just had a significant amount and hours wasted.
