im issusing refunds

ive paid a few people refunds, for the game or for stuff like missing stubs, doing stuff SDS wont do, customer service.... we've all been burnt on this years game. hell ive tweeted, emailed, done everything i can and still no answr...

yet 2k replies on twitter, and EA sports reply same day in their forums, it sucks we got hoses, but im as frustrated as you in missing stuff, the bugs, the silly stuff.....

ive been playing the show since 2008, and have yet to have 1 email or anything back, 13 years......

I did a ticket on 4/28 where I lost almost 40,000 stubs due to the market being buggy. They never even replied to it.
I would of taken a refund for this year

I tried for a refund back in April. I contacted Microsoft and they denied me because its a digital purchase. I even asked for an exchange for another game, they wouldnt do it. I made a claim with the Better Business Bureau and all that got me was a phone call telling me why they cant lol. I told the guy even though I paid $108 for the Deluxe Preorder i dont care if I just get the $65 because in fairness I did use the preorder extras. I didnt think my reasoning or requests were unfair. I hate SDS so much and I hate how unaccountable they are every year with no consequence.

I lost around 57k on a Juan Soto I sold around 2 weeks in and still haven’t gotten a reply.

I lost 30K back on opening night, pre release opening night. But I would still rather my money back for Madden 21 instead. Can you do that?

I like the direction that SDS is going....trigger all the online people and make the offline Franchise gameplay more awesome. Maybe in a few years The Show will become more and more of a simulation, not some online DD card collecting arcade noob fest.

Hell, I may join you here shortly. Game is playing like dog [censored] online this last week. I may have more fun playing franchise on legend than HOF online. I have been sitting on a 7-0 BR run for like a week. Game has been playing so bad I haven't felt like continuing it.

I bought the game if you are rich and just want to give me what I originally purchased. I bought the steel book version of the game from Best Buy. Didn’t get any of the preorder items. Double dailies, Packs, Jackie Robinson items etc.
Honestly don’t expect you to do what the company should do. But I appreciate the offer

That may be true but keep in mind basically almost half of your population voted for an orange moron so I would question a lot of your country's sanity. But this entire post seems weird dude...like some random person is giving away his own money for spite. Who's to say that half of these guys asking would just accept the "refund" and just continue playing The Show. None of those makes any sense!!!
