Even limiting the number of pauses wouldn't be cool because sometimes people have legit emergencies they have to pause for.(take it from someone with stomach issues). The main issue is the pause timer resetting. If it didn't constantly reset and just ran out when people did this type of stuff it wouldn't be as much of an issue. -

He started doing it again late in the game when his timer got back up to 3 minutes.

If I have a chance to report it I will. If you don’t have any advice other than go private that’s cool but I ain’t looking for that. I said I could have blocked him but wanted to get evidence for the report.

I thought the only bunny was Energizer...so I had to look it up. Apparently there is a Duracell bunny, and it has been around longer than the Energizer one.
