The question isn’t Soriano and Acuna v Trout.

The question is Soriano, Acuna, and Glavine v Trout.

What he said and add that cliff lee has similar repetoire, so you can have "glavine"with Trout.

Loved pitching with Glavine last year. My rotation is FS Cabrera, Crochett, Monthly Burnes, Oswalt, and Lee. I feel like the rotation is pretty solid

This year’s Glavine is miles better than last years. I’ve had both for an extensive amount of time. This years Glavine with pinpoint is godlike.

Your rotation is solid maybe but Glavine jumps into the top 2 of that rotation. Burnes and Crochet are nothing special

The only knock on Lee is velocity. They gave Glavine the 95+ FB that really makes him just that much better. If they used the same logic with Lee, they could’ve moved his velocity up a notch or two. But still, Lee is pretty [censored] close to Glavine.

Crochet was good at first but he gets hit hard now. Burnes was never good.

I don’t believe anybody who has had the live series done for a bit would take glavine, Soriano and Acuna over trout. And for the matter wouldn’t suggest just getting Trout and focusing on the AL because posada and Ortiz are better than anything coming from the NL.

I don’t know. I always hit him hard. His secondary stuff too hard to me. If you can hit a sinker and spit on the curve he has nothing else to throw. Just my opinion.

Have to agree with you there. Trout is in RF for me hitting 2nd, Posada behind the plate. Soriano is on the bench while I’ll put Acuna on the bench when he plays up vs lefties. Glavine is nice and all but that’s using him every 5 games

I always destroy Burnes and he got destroyed when I used him. The speed differentials suck with the card and he has no out pitch. You basically need to dot with two strike cause none of his pitches will fool you or tunnel extremely well. His windup and delivery makes it easy to see what he throws. He’s been out of my rotation

Most people can't hit an inside sinker for anything more than a weak ground ball in this game. Cutter righty vs righty is another thing you can throw with him.

    Trout. It ain’t close

Soriano don’t even play for me anymore and Acuna has a hole in his swing. Trout second best player in the game behind chipper. 3rd is Ortiz so trout gets you on the way to him also.

Thought I was the only one who can’t hit with acuna. Was so excited to get him and am hitting so bad with him. Wish I would have sold him instead of locking him in for glavine

Trout is godlike, especially with eventual parallel boosts. Soriano is solid but works best lower in the lineup. Don’t press with him and he’s good. Ortiz is also the ultimate bench bat against righties. But Trout is Coca Cola and everyone else is Pepsi or RC Cola or… whoever isn’t named Coke. It’s no competition between the two leagues. (When you finish both leagues, though, Chipper is the man)
