@RayLewisSB47_PSN I have seen several logos that were way worse. At least mine was in good taste and was actually a recreation of an album art. At least give me a harsh warning and make me remove it. Or even disable my ability to have a custom logo. 15 days is too harsh. Especially this time of year in the games life with other new games already out or coming out soon.

Just because other people have gotten away with it doesn’t make it okay for you to do it. They are under no obligation to give you a warning. It also doesn’t matter if it was an album. I bet I could find some pretty disgusting album art if I tried and it doesn’t give me a pass to recreate in a video game knowing they have rules about what you can create. You should feel lucky. Some people come here about a year ban so I would consider that your warning.

Im sure the people who have received one year bans were either repeat offenders or did something egregious enough to warrant a longer ban. I am a first time offender and feel that what I did doesn't warrant as long of a ban is I got. Give me a few days at least but not 15 days. 15 days is long enough to get invested in another game and not come back. But that's what I don't want to have happen.

I just looked up the album cover. Yeah, that was probably not a wise decision.
It's pretty well known that they don't have people who curate the logo vault and only seem to take action if it is reported.
If your playing online and you have no idea who you will be matched up with then it is best error on the side of caution. The game is rated E for everyone so you could be matching up against anyone, young or old, male or female.

You don’t get to negotiate you ban. That’s not how it works. You knew what you were doing was wrong and did it anyway even if you claim it was from copying album art.

I got banned for a year for inappropriate language in my team name when my team name was yousuckcucumbers. I don't know how that is against the code of conduct.

Might also have to do with other names you used. Let’s just call one “kitty assassin” and the other being meat mashers. Based on these, you can’t be older than 12.

How about you go do the right thing now and go tell your parents you got banned and what you were naming your team instead of whining on a forum and most likely not learning your lesson which makes you more likely to do this again in 22.

Sorry you got banned but consider this a hard lesson learned. When something is important to you it is usually not worth it to try and skirt the rules.
In your past team name that mentions female anatomy (and was still active until Oct 28th) you even substituted the number 3 for a letter to skirt around the language filter. That was not an honest mistake, nor was it a case of not knowing the rules since you purposefully had to make that choice to flaunt your lack of respect for their language filter.
Also, looking at your history, you and another user (who had a shockingly similar and offensive team name) played each other A LOT the first month or so and those games were obviously an example of boosting (which is also against the TOS).
