i got banned for 30 days because of a logo i selected that the show offered? why is this my fault when i didn’t create it i just used it???

That's crazy. I altered an existing Trump one to have him kissing a a giant peen and balls in '19 and '20 and they only removed it. No ban

The Show isn't offering them. Those are user created. You should know what is against tos and what isn't.

Had it been anyone else they probably would have.

I re-created an album art from the ban Tool and got a 15 day ban. It was a wrench and two sockets. Seriously? Tell me to remove it first. First time offender.

You knew exactly what you were doing when you made it so why would you need a warning?

@RayLewisSB47_PSN I have seen several logos that were way worse. At least mine was in good taste and was actually a recreation of an album art. At least give me a harsh warning and make me remove it. Or even disable my ability to have a custom logo. 15 days is too harsh. Especially this time of year in the games life with other new games already out or coming out soon.

Just because other people have gotten away with it doesn’t make it okay for you to do it. They are under no obligation to give you a warning. It also doesn’t matter if it was an album. I bet I could find some pretty disgusting album art if I tried and it doesn’t give me a pass to recreate in a video game knowing they have rules about what you can create. You should feel lucky. Some people come here about a year ban so I would consider that your warning.

Im sure the people who have received one year bans were either repeat offenders or did something egregious enough to warrant a longer ban. I am a first time offender and feel that what I did doesn't warrant as long of a ban is I got. Give me a few days at least but not 15 days. 15 days is long enough to get invested in another game and not come back. But that's what I don't want to have happen.

I just looked up the album cover. Yeah, that was probably not a wise decision.
It's pretty well known that they don't have people who curate the logo vault and only seem to take action if it is reported.
If your playing online and you have no idea who you will be matched up with then it is best error on the side of caution. The game is rated E for everyone so you could be matching up against anyone, young or old, male or female.

You don’t get to negotiate you ban. That’s not how it works. You knew what you were doing was wrong and did it anyway even if you claim it was from copying album art.

I got banned for a year for inappropriate language in my team name when my team name was yousuckcucumbers. I don't know how that is against the code of conduct.

Might also have to do with other names you used. Let’s just call one “kitty assassin” and the other being meat mashers. Based on these, you can’t be older than 12.

How about you go do the right thing now and go tell your parents you got banned and what you were naming your team instead of whining on a forum and most likely not learning your lesson which makes you more likely to do this again in 22.
