Frozen

I don’t know how else I should go about this, but if this can’t help, I’m hoping somebody can guide me in the right direction on where to go to get help for this issue, but I was winning 9-1 in the top of the 9th with 2 outs, and this guy freezes the game (we ended up in a freeze off for 4 hours before I backed out.) Normally this wouldn’t tick me off, but I was crushing the guy, and it was my game to hit division series as well as another win towards the 40 win reward. I was hoping somebody could help me go about getting my rightful win for this match. I have a picture of the freeze off as well if I need that for proof.

Unless things have changed:
You can try and submit a ticket to SDS, wait 4-6 weeks for a response, and they’ll tell you they can’t change win/losses, but they appreciate the feedback and will pass along to the appropriate team. They may even throw a few packs your way to hopefully make you feel better. Other than that, I don’t think there’s anything else you can do. Sorry
