I had guys swing early not just early but early on outside sliders in the zone and go yard numerous times, let’s not talk about the times just early or good timing with PCI placement on sliders just got them to hit the warning track or hang in the air for outfielders to get under. Then the inside fastballs are ridiculous how I can get around to them but for my PCI to be slightly off and it’s a pop up even with good timing. I’m over the inconsistency. Literally every game I lose is because I give up 1-2 HR solos just for me to all game make contact and get line outs or warning track shots with over 90+ even 110+ power while my opponent plays with gold or low diamonds with not even comparable power but they launching shots over the wall with bad pci placement and upper Diamond pitcher. I just want consistency

Inconsistency is SDS hallmark. The game is scripted to make it “more fun”. This has been the case for at least 5 yrs.

My biggest thing is I’ll play many games where guys will hit homers on balls a foot high or by drive a pitch in the dirt for a double

The record for low ball hit was odubel herrera 11 in. (just above ankle) that he hit into the chop house in atlanta. Seen a few players tomahawk a pitch neck/face high for a homer just this year.so it is physically possible.
now for game purposes there CANT be something that is unhittable because online play would just be that pitch/spot thrown 100% of the time.

Id rather give up a nuke on a high pitch then that dirt ball [censored] that happens with everyone using contact swing instead of normal online

Yea and power swing is completely useless. I’ve hit some balls with good pci placement and the ball got chopped right into a ground ball. There is no way guys are fouling off balls in the dirt and dropping into the dirt but guys actually get more base hits and home runs on balls below the zone than balls in the zone

Sounds exactly like my experience. I don’t think I’ve gotten a perfect for a hit in the last 10 times I’ve done it. Hit tons of warning tracks shots, strikeout or fool the other guy all game but on 2-3 pitches he somehow tags one that he has looked like an old wash woman flailing at it all game. I lose 4-2 type games a lot and the other dude will have like 12-18 ks but I just can’t get my hits to find grass or get over the wall. I also give up an absorbent amount of seeing eye singles and Texas leaguers.

I'm grinding other things for now. Will not play against other users on here. The contact swing thing. People losing and letting the clock run down to 1 sec. Just to let it build back up. And do it again. And guys making videos on YouTube about this don't help nothing last ten games contact swingers every pitch.

I love the game because it’s the closest game to real baseball available but if we are going to be real we can’t let guys who come in and play just waltz they way thru the game. Literally last 4 games I have had i only have up 3-5 hits all game just for 1-3 of them leave the yard because of random hitting. 1 is always going to leave the yard when the pci placement wasn’t even good. I’ll take a hit but not a home run. Also fastballs are more effective this year I feel like but what’s really cheese for me is when I do get hit table pitches that I wait for a work the count and run up the count they do nothing. I hammer usually 8-12 hits a game but maybe 1 would leave the yard and majority of my outs come from good PCI placement but run right into a ground ball.
