They never said Big collection, they said Big reward. He is the big reward because he is the first 99 overall pitcher. The big collection, (Wagner, Trout, ) is later in the year of course

You need 14 tickets, most if them are collect 10 or 20 cards, depending on rarity, the final ticket is 99 Jackie.
