Stubs help

I just bought stubs off of theshow.com and they dont show up in my account on there. I know that you normally need to claim stubs in the stub shop but is there a way i can claim them on the website or some other way. I am not with my xbox right now. That is why im trying to claim them online.

You can't claim them on your phone as far as I know. Just on your console

Go to shop, then click on the dropdown that says packs and select stubs. You should see your entitlement in there
