It's your router man, I had the same problem. I have spectrum and have played for years, then all of a sudden I wasn't able to stay logged onto the servers for more than 5 minutes. This went on for weeks, I got a new internet line installed, I got a new modem, and still nothing. So I went out and bought a 50 dollar Netgear Nighthawk router and all of my problems were solved immediately
Dude fr? I've been dealing with this problem for months. I've made spectrum come over and try to fix the problem so many times lol but nothing ever works. So did you all get the same NetGear router that was mentioned above? I'm super stoked to try this out!
Yeah man like I said I have had zero problems, it's really worth it. Kind of stupid I have to buy my own router just to play one game, but it is the only game I play so eh whatever lol
Same situation man. I'm gonna get it ASAP. Thanks for posting about it! So you mentioned the Nighthawk router you got was $50... which one did you get? All the ones I'm seeing are like $170 which is so steep
Update: the Nighthawk router worked. No longer getting the network error. Thanks for the suggestions guys!

So can I use a nighthawk router and connect it to my PS4 and still use my other router in the other room? Like can I use two routers?

If I'm not trying to buy a new router has anyone figured this out? Seems like a massive issue. Been playing since launch with no issues...

After reading all the comments and being absolutely fed up with getting kicked off of the Diamond Dynasty server. I went out and bought the NETGEAR NIGHTHAWK AC2600. Since I installed this router, I have not been kicked off Diamond Dynasty. I even signed in, played a game, and just left it connected while I went to work. When I got home 13+ hours later. I was still connected.
It seems that Walmart is the only one who sells them. With tax it came to $169.53 in NJ. With PS5 coming out soon. I think this was well worth the money and peace of mind.
I don't know why nobody else posted which Netgear Nighthawk router they bought because there is a whole bunch of them. It was really pissing me off trying to figure out which one I was supposed to buy.

I said all the same things brother. I had other games play fine. My computer worked fine. Even YouTube TV worked fine. Has Charter Spectrum come out and run a new line from the pole to my house. None of it worked. So I bought a new Netgear router and that fixed the problem. Not only did it fix the problem, it also improved picture quality on my TV. I’m here to tell ya, it’s you’re router.
