Yeah I think it's too early for a prime Larry Walker. He will be a 99 and they're not giving us the 99s yet, or at least not the Larry Walker type of 99s.

No rule, but it would make all the cards in that 93-98 range kind of obsolete if they'd bring all the juicy 99s so soon.
