Yeah. He could even get a prime card, or a sig again, but his card will be a 99. Prime/Sig/Awards/Milestones are the best card a guy will get unless it's finest or Player of the month. This headliner will be 94 max

That's fine but title said any guesses, i made a guess and you answer was just a no like it was gospel that's all.
In this particular case, it is gospel. I like throwing out random guesses as well but at the same I like keeping my guessing as realistic possibilities, which Larry Walker is not

The only 99's you can get right now are hard to get and that is the way it should be till the summer.
