Vault performance, disconnects, etc...

Finding the player vault in particular to be really bad. After scrolling a few pages I get an unhandled exception and kicked out. Have to go back in and enter my search criteria to continue. It was this way yesterday and now I'm getting the same thing this morning.
Making it very difficult to navigate, search, and download. Please fix.

Nope. I've been checking every few hours or so. Sometimes after multiple attempts I can get in but when I search and then try to flip through the pages it kicks me out. Most times I get the error just when pressing R1/R2 to get to the player vault.

Same here, only happens in the Vault

Got into the players vault just a few minutes ago, but kicked out the minute I tried to search just like before. The only vault that appears to work okay is the logo vault, but I haven't played around with it too much.

For anybody interested, this problem is still going on. It was better this morning for a few hours, but since I've been unable to get into the player vault. Other vaults still work fine.

The game has been out a month and the only vault that works is the logo vault. Basically they only care about Diamond Dynasty. There have numerous updates and they don't care about the rest of the players. They don't acknowledge the complaints about the vault. What is the value of '21?
