I only use RTTS to grind out archetypes to use in DD

It's pretty sad that RTTS is just a grinding tool for my ballplayer so that I can unlock all archetypes and use my ballplayer at any position in DD (except catcher???).

I don't care about the RTTS progression at all, don't care which team I play for as long as I get bats and time on the mound.

I grind out an archetype like rawhide for SS, then when done, i delete my RTTS save and start over to get a new position on team and grind out more stats.

When you delete the save does your ballplayer maintain all the stats you worked up? Like contact, power, fielding etc.
