Why can't I use my RTTS player in Diamond Dynasty? Joe Random shows up but not my guy

I'm trying to use my RTTS player in Diamond Dynasty but I can't find him anywhere. When I filter for my ballplayer, Joe Random shows up but not my player. Has anybody else seen this? I emailed them 6 days ago and haven't heard back.

There is a visual glitch that shows him as a 65 but he is correct in game. Is that what you mean? Or is your CAP not named Joe Random?

My guy is a SP and Short stop but DD won't let me put my loadout on.. Its a bit confusing lol

If anyone's wondering, no, they still haven't fixed this yet. Or the progression system. So if you want to do the progression workaround where you plug your player into your DD lineup that isn't even a possibility. What possible reason can they have for not fixing these things for the past three months?
I love pouring countless hours into RTTS just to find out I'm stuck at silver progression and can't even use my player in DD. I swear to god it's like this game was secretly made by EA

The whole ballplayer thing needs a lot of work. I personally think most of the complaints about the game are overexaggerated, but in this one case the complainers kind of have a point.

The position you play in RTTS doesn't matter for DD. DD only recognizes the primary position of that archetype. There is a work around for getting whichever archetype play as whichever position as its primary position though.
SP: Painter, Painted Cheese, Filthy Painter, Cheesy Painter, The Kitchen Sink, The Professor, Billy the Kid
RP: Cheese, Filthy, Filthy Cheese, Painted Filth, Cheesy Filth, Pedro, The Houdini
CP: The Big Train (DD doesn't recognize this archetype, probably because it is the only CP)C : Slick Fielding
1B: Slugger, Sparking Slugger
2B: Sparkplug, Sparking Speedster, Rawhide, The Flychaser
3B: Slick Slugger, Slugging Slickster, Crime Dog, Yo Adrian, The Showboat, Ironman
