Roster Vault Not Working

Trying to download latest Ridin roster and it sits and says downloading for a few minutes then says file not available. Is this a sign of the servers down or a roster bug?
Have been able to DL rosters before.

Where is the roster section of the game the way it usd to be ? This game has changed dramatically

Currently there is only access to the Logo vault. All other vaults get disconnected. I can't recall or more buggier game.
